With our CapSure™ packaging systems, you can easily package all necessary components for spinal procedures including screws, rods, connectors, VBRs, IBFs, and ISPs for cervical, T/L, pelvic, and SI applications. 

One of the most innovative CapSure™ packaging solutions is the pedicle screw packaging system. CapSure™ offers the convenience of a single package that holds both the pedicle screw and locking screw, with a range of sizes to provide a comprehensive solution across the complete range of occipital, lumbar, and sacroiliac screws.

The portfolio of CapSure™ tubes and jars from Guardian can be used to package a wide range of trauma and extremity devices such as screws, plates, staples, washers, IM nails, and reconstructive implants like radial heads and total ankles. CapSure™ tube packaging is perfect for all diameters and lengths of screws and implants having a similar geometry, while the jars are built for larger geometry implants.

Single-use instruments like drivers, cutters, burrs, and k-wires can be difficult to package because of their size and sharp edges. Guardian has developed packaging that can withstand high impacts and has a small area for sealing and closure, providing excellent protection for these devices.

An emerging trend in implantable devices involves using surface treatments that need extra protection. CapSure™ packaging is specifically designed to ensure that the coatings remain functional and effective in two ways. Firstly, the CapSure™ packaging material uses Tritan, which has hydrophilic properties that are perfect for safeguarding hydrophilic nano coatings. Secondly, the CapSure™ seal/closure is hermetically sealed!
